If you do not use all of your rental redemptions before your pass expires they will not roll over or be usable after the expiration of your pass.
No, once the pass is purchased there are no refunds.

Online you will go through the standard booking process choose your dates, time, and equipment. Once you have selected everything you will be asked to type in your member number on the payment screen. This will automatically deduct your membership discounts.
Yes, however you must complete a separate booking for each use.
We do not guarantee availability. Occasionally we do run out of availability especially in the months of June & July. We highly recommend making your reservation ASAP to ensure availability.
